Monthly visit We will check the tire air pressure, coolant level, brake fluid and check for any obvious fluid leaks, check the battery voltage and lighting and run the engine and check all fluid levels.   We will also move the vehicle if the owner desires.  We feel that this is important because the tires may flat spot if the vehicle is parked on the same spot of the tire for extended periods of time, and that it is important to “exercise” such mechanical components as the transaxle or final drive gears for proper lubrication. Movement onto public streets may not be needed, but we shall discuss this.  We maintain records for all the checks performed.

	Service and Repair Our monthly inspection may uncover certain repairs that may need to be attended to, or perhaps it is time for that oil change.  We are able to transport the vehicle to any repair facility the owner desires.  We are also able to recommend certain attentive facilities that may specialize in the type of repair or maintenance the stored vehicle needs.  We will maintain records.  We don't mark up costs or get commission from any garage.

	Pre-arrival visit   We will check your vehicle before your arrival if this vehicle is enrolled in our monthly program.  We will check the battery, tire air pressue and look anything abnormal.
